Unlocking Signers

This following guide shows you how to unlock a signer from a Signing Ceremony.

A signer/recipient may be locked out of their account because of too many failed authentication attempts.

eslClient.getPackageService().unlockSigner(new PackageId("packageId"), "signerId");

Using your OneSpan Sign client, you call on the PackageService() to unlock your signer/recipient by passing the package and signer ids as parameters.
