In the results, I noticed there is a property called “logoUrl” whose value is set to an empty string. My questions are:
(1) What would setting this value do (if anything) in terms of signing ceremony?
(2) How would one go about setting this value? I don’t see any options to do so in the UI and attempting to do a PUT against the account resource returns me a “405 Method Not Allowed” response.
If you have never heard of that “logoUrl” property on the account level, honestly I am just fine dropping my line of inquiry (I just happened across it and thought maybe it would be some kind of high-level place to set a custom logo that would propagate across our account…but if such a feature existed, I assume you would probably know of it!)
Honestly, this is the first time I’m hearing about logoUrl as well. I’ll ask around see if any of my colleagues might know. Just as a side note, you can customize any logo in esignlive. All you need to do is send support an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and they will change it for you. The signing ceremony logo is the only logo you can customize through the API/SDKs.
