    Hi,
Is there any api for health check of esignlive server so that we can identify whether the esignlive server is up or down?

    Thank you.

    Hi engg,

To check the OneSpan Sign server health status, you can go to our trust center page, “System Status” section where you can find complete visibility of the quality and availability of our e-signature service. Besides that, currently we don’t have a direct API to check the delay or the status of the server.

    Hope this could help!

    Hi engg,

If you only want an API call to test whether OneSpan Sign server is up or down. You can simply call this one:

    GET /api/sysinfo

If you get a 200 response, then you can assume our servers are up and running.

    Hi,
Using the sysinfo with the DocEngines shutdown throws no different result. What would you recommend for checking the docengine availability?

    Thanks,

    Hi Todd,

If you are asking about how to check Doc Engine status in on-premise environment. I just consulted with our Enterprise Specialist and got an answer:
    You can hit this endpoint:

    http(s)://{docEngineServer:port}/axis2/services/

If you see something like the attachment, that means the Doc Engine service is up and running.

Does this make sense to you?

    Hi,
That was failing to work for me. I was still getting good results when the doc engines were shutdown. However, I’ve since cleared cache etcetera, and yes that works. Thanks.
