Notify Signers

The following guide shows you resend the signing invitation email.

If for any reason, your signers/recipients did not receive an email notification for signing, you can manually resend the invitation.

The Code

You can manually notify a signer/recipient using the OneSpan Sign client, as shown below:

eslClient.getPackageService().notifySigner( packageId, "mail2@mailinator.com", "HELLO SIGNER" );

You will need to pass as parameters the packageId object, email address of the signer/recipient, and optionally a custom message to be included in the email.
