After looking around some, I couldn’t seem to find in the existing portal that we log into which version of eSignLive we are using to find an upgrade path.
The credentials we have for the current portal don’t work for the updated portal (https://sandbox.esignlive.com). Do we have to pay for an upgrade or is there a way we can test out the new portal to make sure everything works before we upgrade.
Also, is it required or worth while to upgrade from 10.13 to 11.12. Is there any documentation between the differences? The GitHub link for both versions point to the same code it looks like.
Any help pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated.
