We have been facing slowness and unresponsiveness for SDK method calls as well as API calls. Are the services down?
It’s unusable for me this afternoon, completely sluggish, getting signed out then errors when trying to sign back in.
There was a short downtime right around the time you posted. The best place to look for information on outages (planned and unplanned) would be in the Trust Center. All should be fine, now.
It has been flakey for us all afternoon – at best, it has been very slow. At worst, we have been getting periodic 500s.
Started for us around 12:30 (MDT).
Is there some kind of eSignLive health check API which we can use to automate the process of finding out outages of the service?
