This is a popular question coming from our Canadian users. First thing to look for is that you are accessing https://apps.e-signlive.ca/login and not https://apps.e-signlive.com/login. Because they are two different instances, the print driver defaults to the US site. There is, however, a quick solution for this. Please email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and request the Canadian print driver file. Once received, run the file and perform a test.
