    I am trying to use the print driver and it is not working. I verified my credentials and I am able to access ESL. What am I doing wrong?

    Hello Donovan,
    This is a popular question coming from our Canadian users. First thing to look for is that you are accessing https://apps.e-signlive.ca/login and not https://apps.e-signlive.com/login. Because they are two different instances, the print driver defaults to the US site. There is, however, a quick solution for this. Please email our support team at support@e-signlive.com and request the Canadian print driver file. Once received, run the file and perform a test.

    The effective answer, I also had the same issue but that time I was not aware of the error, I tried a lot of things, at last, I took help from Epson Printers Support for the solution.
