    Hi,

    I have two login with two different email id.

    I want second email id as a member in my first email login.

    It is not allowing and saying this email has already an account, I am sending invitation from my first login account to make second email as Member.

    Hi there,

    Yes, one email can only have one account within the same environment. So that’s why when you try inviting it, it yields the error message. But you can have this done by contacting our support team at sign.support@onespan.com, they can help you merge your account under another owner.

    Or potentially, you can change owner of your account or even pull a regular member account to a separate account and become owner.
