    If we cancel a transaction that has a SMART Note attached to it, does the note get cancelled out of our vault as well or do we need to take steps and manually remove it?

    Hi Ryan,

    I got some confirm from our R&D team, that the relationship between OSS transaction and SMART Note in vault is one-way, which means SMART Note won’t get unregistered even if you trashed/delete your OSS transactions.(I assume this is what you mean by cancel your OSS Transaction) But SMART Note will only be sent to vault when OSS Transaction was signed and completed at the first place, right?
    In order to manually unregister your SMART Note, you can select your record, then click Register in the menu bar on the top of the screen, then choose “Unregister…”.(As the attachment shows) This will also unregister the MERS registration if it’s available.
