    Hey there,

I’ve got some established code that is able to create packages consistently. However, I’ve run across a particular set of documents / metadata that is preventing the server from creating. This is the error from SDK:

The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. HTTP POST on URI https://xxxx.xxx.comt/api/packages. Optional details: {“code”:500,”technical”:”could not prepare statement”,”messageKey”:”error.internal.default”,”message”:”Unexpected error.

Any idea what might generate that message? If not, what’s the best way to troubleshoot? We are installed on-prem.

    Thanks!

    Hi Aaron,

Can you share your documents/meta to developer@esignlive.com so I can have a look? Also, what version of esignlive do you have installed on-premise?
